Crystalena Oberweiser, PhD
Autistic Life Coach
I am autistic. I understand that autism is not something you have, it’s a fundamental part of who you are as a human. I also believe that regardless of your support needs, you are not broken – you human differently.
Unfortunately, this world is not always a friendly place for us. While we advocate to make changes that will make it more accessible for everyone, there are things that we can do right now to help you lead the life you envision for yourself.
What I Offer
I work with you to identify the goals you have for yourself. Simply put, I ask you what success looks like for you. I don’t talk at you, I work with you and listen to what you want. Using that as a roadmap, we will work together to find the combination of supports that get you moving toward those goals.
I have worked with people on:
- Making and keeping friends
- Establishing boundaries
- Job applications and interviews
- Disclosing autism / ADA supports for school or work
- Navigating high pressure situations
See the What I Do page for a more comprehensive list of how I can help.
What Might a Session Look Like
A session looks like what you need it to look like. They can be in-person, via Zoom, over the phone (voice), or by text. Regardless of the method, each session will be customized to you.
Getting Started
The first consultation is free. We will talk about your goals for coaching and the ways I can help. If we both decide to move forward, my fee is $100 per hour. I do not lock you in to a set number of sessions. See the coaching agreement for more information.
